Neuralink Corporation is a neurotechnology company is developing implantable brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers for medical research to improve the lives of a broad range of people.

Neuralink is working on a "sewing machine-like" device capable of implanting very thin (4 to 6 μm in width) threads into the brain and demonstrated a system in pigs and monkeys that have had success in reading and translating information via electrodes, they are not currently conducting humans trials.
